If I look in the javascript code in your website I see no link to the image, it just says ‘filename’, which is the default property if no link is present in the shortcode. It could have something to do with the double quotes, but I will have to check. If you can create a temporary admin user which I can use to login, I will be more then happy to take a look. Hi Dave,

I found several issues in the shortcode. First off, you do not need to separate the parameters with a comma, just use spaces. Further, there was a missing slash in the path to your .zif file (www.centraldock.co.ukwp-content should be https://www.centraldock.co.uk/wp-content… . Lastly, there was a typo in the website address that prevented the .zif file from being loaded. So luckily all could be brought back to typos.
