I took the liberty of reviewing your issue with academy.secondskindesign.pt and was able to confirm it.
The problem was related to the fact that the academy.secondskindesign.pt did not exist on the server. It is why the subdomain was not resolving
For your convenience, I created a WildCard subdomain under secondskindesign.pt (*.secondskindesign.pt).
The wildcard subdomain will allow you to continue using the plugin and load other pages the same way.
The academy.secondskindesign.pt will be loading, however, please note that you will not be able to access it with HTTPS since there is no certificate on the server that will cover the subdomain. The server will simply produce a 404 error message due to a not found certificate.
There is a Let’s Encrypt SSL working for secondskindesign.pt which will not work in this case.
The situation calls for a WildCard SSL certificate which you can receive more information for if you contact us via a chat session or a ticket.
