    Plugin does not actually work and 0 support provided after waiting for more than a week.

    I noticed that when you put in the custom message, if you use line breaks (i.e. by hitting the “Enter” key) the message will not display. You have to write your custom message all in one line, and use html line break tags ‘<br>’ for new lines.

    Could that have been the problem in your case?
