Not working?

Just what I needed. Haven’t even got my site open yet, and already had spam accounts created. I think it has to do with leaving comments here at wordpress. Anyway. This plugin does add the captcha box, but will allow you to create the account without putting any data in or even if the data is wrong. Not sure if I have something misconfigured, but as of now, it only makes you think that it is required.
