    Hello,

    I just add this plugin on my website.
    After building the form, I have receipt a shortcode but when I add this shortcode on page (and after update the page) the shortcode is deleting by WP and on website page still blank… and no error message.

    Form is well save on “formidable” board.

    Can you help me ?

    Sounds like a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Please go through and deactivate one by one until you find the one causing problems.

    I don’t have anyother plugin about form contact…
    theme is Avisio… how to be sure it is the theme ?

    It doesn’t matter what type of plugin. Deactivate them all one by one. Activate the default WP theme to check your theme.
