Not working

  • Hello,

    Thanks for a great plugin. We’ve used it for many months now, but recently, it doesn’t appear to work. It seems to show the shortcode code, instead of the icons. Everything is up to date, so why would this happen? The shortcode is in a text widget and shows up on every single page (at the bottom before the footer) of this site: guideinc.org

    Any thoughts on why this is happening? Thanks for your help!

    Kindly recheck the plugin status. I think plugin is not active.

    That is the first thing I did. It is most definitely active and updated to the latest version.
