Not working!

    We have been using this plugin for months and it has worked fine. Within the past week, we have had it now stop working. No one has changed any of the coding for this plugin, and no one has even touched the rates since we started using it.

    It shows that it is enabled, but when one is ordering, it says next to the name in parentheses FREE. Even when we calculate shipping it still says free. We have one person order from us $456.20 worth of books and it did not charge them any shipping! Another higher priced sale was $259 that didn’t add shipping.

    At 3:52pm on February 23rd it was working, but by 4:19pm it stopped. I have no idea what happened between that time, but we need to have it fixed as soon as possible!

    I just found the problem! Somehow it had added another shipping rate but left it at zero for the minimum price, maximum as *, then put the cost as 0. I just deleted that shipping rate and we are good again!
