I’ve installed it in multisite wordpress environment on our intranet but when I go to create an image, it comes up quickly with a message that something conflicts.

Unfortunately, I can’t just change themes or disable plugins because this is our corporate intranet.

    Any ideas for troubleshooting?

Hello John! As long as that message disappears, then you should be good. That message was an attempt we made at identifying JavaScript conflicts, but it’s confusing because for some people it shows up on every page load, but then disappears before they can read it in full. We’ll be correcting that in a future release, but in the meantime, it won’t affect your ability to use the plugin in any way.

It disappears… but a shortlink for the image is never generated… according to the documentation the shortcode should be something like [drawattention id=1]

    The shortcode always says [drawattention]

Hi John. The id is only a required part of the shortcode in the Pro version of the plugin where you can have more than one image. In the free version, just the [drawattention] shortcode will work just fine. Give it a try and let us know if you have any other problems with it.
