    Hello,

    Please check fatal errors on your website. That can prevent working other plugins. You can easily see in Chrome, just press the Control + Shift + I then switch to the console log. If you see any red line, that means you have error on your site.

    You can try the following:

    – Change the theme temporary and check the console tab again. If the error disappeared, that means the error is in the theme.
    – Disable all plugins temporary, then activate back one-by-one. With this method, you can see which one causing the issue.
