Not working

  • This is the same issue we’re getting as well. Also, the screenshot of settings do not match what we see in the actual plugin. We don’t see an infusionsoft settings screen.     When trying to access the “Feeds” area we’re getting a permissions error. I may have a lead on that issue and hopefully fixing that will allow my settings area to change (not sure why) but i’ll report back with that.
    Please respond because i see that no one has responded to Jason’s from 3 weeks ago!

    Found our issue and it’s now *SOLVED* For those with a similar plugin combo: we’re using User Role Editor. It required us to select gravity forms API plus several other related gforms custom capabilities in order for us to even see the screen.

    I’ve gotten everything to work EXCEPT – I can’t map a radio button field so that when filled in in the grabity form it passes the answer into the custom radio button field created in IS. HELP!!!!

    This is so annoying – neither numbers nor radio button choices are passing through to IS. WHY WON’T ANYONE ANSWER!!!!

    3 weeks and no answer!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME????
