NOT WORKING!

  • I’ve been trying to Authorize this plugin ever since WordPress version 4.0.5 and it STILL refuses to work! I started getting support but then he completely stopped after I gave him my login info so he could test it himself. I’ve since had to change my PW. No info was given as to what was casing the issue. I know my info is all correct because it works for other apps and plugins.

    Sorry that we stopped responding. You have to understand the number of support requests we get for this plugin has grown. You should have checked in, I would have gladly explained that. Sorry you couldn’t get things working. I’m not sure how much longer we’ll be keeping this plugin in the repo anyway, the support requests are very demanding and this still remains a free plugin. The expectation of support for this plugin far surpasses any of my other plugins.

    SEspider, I managed to make it work. I have to be honest, that I had to do the Google thing a few times over and over, but the Setup video from author helped me.
