    plugin actived and it’s show connected OK but it’s not show into cart and checkout page.

    Hello @vipuljnext

    Please use the?USPS Retail Postage Price Calculator?and check if you see the rates when you log in and enter exactly the same dimensions + addresses. If the rates appear there, it means there is a problem that we need to verify.

    To correctly diagnose issue with no rates, please:

    • Make sure you have entered your USPS Web Tools API credentials in the plugin’s API Settings. If you haven’t obtained your credentials yet, you can do so by filling out the online form on the USPS Web Tools API website

    • Mismatch between the store currency and your USPS account currency.
    • Unavailable services for the specific shipping and delivery addresses.
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping credentials.
    • Exceeded maximum weight or dimension limits for the chosen shipping method.
    • Shipping options or services not configured correctly in the plugin settings.
    • Network or API connectivity issues between WooCommerce and USPS.

    Please verify these potential issues.

    If you have verified all of the above information, and it still appears that there are no shipping options available, to begin more advanced troubleshooting, please enable the Debug Mode for the USPS plugin. This will help identify any specific messages that may appear at checkout.

    Once you have enabled Debug Mode, please provide the following information:
    – A screenshot of your USPS Live Rates Shipping Method configuration
    – A screenshot of your USPS Live Rates settings
    – Debug Mode logs (request and response)

    Regarding the Debug mode, it is visible only to the administrator of your store and should display information along with any errors explaining why the rates are not showing. If debug mode does not pop up the first time, please modify your shopping cart, e.g., by changing the address or adding another item. Sometimes debug mode needs to trigger an action.
