    hi, I have two sites, in one I got the error “You don’t have permission to do this.” when I added the various colors.. instead in the youtshirt.it site I get all these errors, I attach a stamp

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    From your screenshot, you are using the Woodmart theme. As far as I know, it has a built-in swatches feature.

    You can’t use two swatches feature on the same site. The theme should have an option to disable the built-in swatch feature. If they have no option to disable their swatch then contact your theme support if they have any snippets for this.

    Lastly, either you have to use the built-in swatch or our swatch plugin. I hope it will clear up your confusion.
