Not Work!

Good afternoon, the plugin is not working. I add the cross-sell to the products and clicking on add to the cart shows nothing. Will it be incompatible with the theme? I’m using the TOKOO theme (https://themeforest.net/item/tokoo-electronics-store-woocommerce-theme-for-affiliates-dropship-and-multivendor-websites/22359036?s_rank=1)
