• Discovered that the Checkout template builder, when implemented on the Checkout page, does not let the customer checkout. The customer would click “Place Order” after entering their card details, and nothing would happen. So I reverted back to my standard checkout and cart page. These two pages were the only reason I downloaded the plugin, because I just don’t like the layout.

But then modifying text type and truly customizing anything in the plugin’s templates were less than ideal. You couldn’t customize each field. You could only make global font changes.

    Uninstalled, and moving on.

  • Hello @kerrielegend ,
I hope you are doing well and thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

First of all, I’m sorry to hear about your issues with our plugin. In response to your issue with Checkout Template, I tested the Checkout template after activating the Payment Gateway but, I couldn’t be able to reproduce such issue in my development environment. On clicking the Place Order button after filling up the correct Payment Info, the system is redirecting the user to the Order-Success page properly. Kindly check this video I’ve made for you so that you can get a better understanding.

As you can see from the video, the Checkout process is getting completed smoothly, maybe there is something on your end that was preventing it to complete properly. If you are looking for a resolution that is specifically happening on your end, then kindly create a support thread here at www.remarpro.com by mentioning your system information. We’d love to inspect the issue further and help you to find a solution ASAP!

In response to the point you raised about Customization, we have included controllers which can help to customize almost all the components of WooCommerce. Would you be kind enough to share what specific features or functionalities you are looking for that is not available in ShopEngine plugin? So that I can review them and let you know an update as early as possible.

If there’s anything else we can do for you, please let us know. Thank you again for reaching out!

    Best Regards,
    Prosenjit
