• Hi guys,

since your latest update the plugin did not work anymore. First of all it detects only a few of my images. The old version of the plugin detects round about 22 000 images. The new one just around 1 000 images.
If I wanna regenerate an image it always appears the following error:

“There was an error regenerating this attachment. The error was: No route was found matching the URL and request method”

    I don`t know what to do…

    Maybe you know that problem.

    Regards,
    Andy

    Hmm, that’s odd.

The REST API in WordPress is public, so I pulled up the endpoint that my plugin uses to get the total. It correctly reports that you have 22764 regeneratable images, so I’m not sure why it’s only showing about 1000 for you.

For the other error, that’s also a head scratcher.

Can you open your browser’s console? It should display additional information about the error. In Firefox, you can hit to Control+Shift+K to open it.

    Hi Alex,

    thanks for your reply!

This is what the console told me:

    Hello.
    I cannot use plugin too.

“Unable to fetch a list of attachment IDs to process from the WordPress REST API. You can check your browser’s console for details.”

    Console log from my browser

Hi Hi guys. I have the same problem “There was an error regenerating this attachment. The error was: Подходящий маршрут для URL и метода запроса не найден”.

@burdemedia: That was helpful. The request is being sent as a GET instead of a POST, which is really weird. I’m scratching my head as to why that’s happening.

@darkfire13: Different issue. I think you have PHP errors occurring. Can you check your server’s error log?

@neosoft: Yep, that’s likely the same issue as @burdemedia. I’m confused why that would be happening and I’ll give it some thought.

@burdemedia @neosoft: I think I’ve worked around your issue and the fix will be included in the next release, v3.0.1.

Awesome…so when will the new version release?

    Very unfortunate.
I will need to fix all my image hyperlinks manually since all got changed and now point to incorrect images.
