"Not Visible" fields still showing…

I have just installed the plugin and I do not want fields Address and Website to show on the form.
I have already marked both fields as not visible and not mandatory in the field settings page, and clicked on save.
However, even though I refreshed the page, the fields are still there. And when I close the screen of the MN Contact form and get back to it afterwards, the settings of those fields appear as Visible and Mandatory, as if I had never changed and saved anything.
I have also tried to make the placeholder blank for all fields, but they are always there…Please help.
