    Hello,

    The message,

“Unexpected token ‘<‘, “There h”… is not valid JSON”

pops up when trying to place an order on my checkout page of woocommerce.

I am using woocommerce payments and have tried test mode as well as real credit cards.

What’s strange is the test was working several days ago, and I’ve backtracked and reversed everything I could and it’s still not working.

I’ve disabled all plugins and changed themes to no avail.

I have 0 coding experience so was wondering if anyone could provide some insight where I wouldn’t need to go that deep into code if possible.

Please let me know if I need to provide some sort of status report/log etc.

I’ve provided the link to my checkout page

  • Hi @zephan

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are receiving the error message above when using WooCommerce Payments as your payment gateway.

I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Thanks!
