not using theme for landing page

I have a word press blog and I want to create a landing page for a product. My question is: Is there a way to make one single page of my word press theme, not show the side columns where ads and widgets, and so forth are?

I don’t want this page to show up on the menu bar either, I just want to direct people to this page through advertising.

Please advise if this is possible or if I must get a completely different domain for this.
