Not user friendly at all

  • I would love to enjoy using this plugin, but the documentation and the setup is really difficult for the average user. I’m sure once you get it set up, it rocks, but I am going to have to keep looking for another plugin because I am lost on how to get this to work.

    Average users would know how to use a shortcode and they would not post complaint before asking for help.

    If you get stuck, there is always the support section. At least you could ask for help before complaining about the usability.

    It wasn’t really a complaint – I was mentioning that it is not simple to use. I know how to use a shortcode by the way. Sorry you don’t like my honest feedback.

    If you know how to use a shortcode, you should not have had any problem with the plugin. It’s that simple.

    Well, I did have problems. And it wasn’t simple, to me. Maybe it is for you. Thank you anyway though. I found something else more to my liking.

    Well, average users would think it is simple to place a shortcode in a post.
