Not Updating to Pro

    I’ve now installed the Pro version and it’s not updating to Pro even after activation. The only thing I can think of is I installed Pro first, then the free version. When I saw that the free version had to be installed first, I deactivated both and re-activated them in the order of the free version and then the Pro version. However, the Pro version features are still not showing up. What should I do?
