    Hi ,

Thanks for the reply here is the link for the csv https://we.tl/t-McfiCjyale . In the file you can check both rows have same coupon number and at the time of uploading csv it should update the first entry in the WP instead of creating a new entry

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi @nishantsaini0442,

Thank you for sharing the file.

The problem you are encountering is that the ID field is not included in the import file. Currently, coupons are identified by their ID. If the ID is missing from the import file, or if the ID has changed, the coupon will be imported as a new entry instead of updating the existing one. We are working on adding support for other unique identifiers in future releases.

    Hi

    https://www.webtoffee.com/coupons-troubleshooting-guide/

Thanks for the reply . But in the documentation you guys mentioned “During? import, when you try to add a coupon, but,? a coupon with the same code is already available in your store.” then this will overwrite previous code

    Thanks & Kind Regards

    Hi @nishantsaini0442,

When updating coupons using the free version of the plugin, coupon IDs are used as unique identifiers. The article you mentioned is about the pro version of the plugin. In the pro version, you can update coupons based on both their IDs and coupon codes.

To update the coupons on your site, please ensure that you include the IDs in your import file. For best results, export a copy of your coupons from your site using our plugin, make any necessary changes, and then import the updated file back. This way, the coupon IDs will remain unchanged, and the updates will be applied correctly.
