Not updating custom icons

    Hi. I’ve successfully uploaded five icons which show clearly, but when I come to ‘update’ a revised version nothing changes. Not even with a different filename. There is no option to ‘delete’ first, only update if that offers a clue as to the problem. I don’t really want to re-install as I’ve entered quite a lot of data. Any ideas?

    If you uploaded a custom icon under question 1, just uncheck the checkmark to delete it. If you uploaded it under question 4, there is a delete button.

    Also, could you please clear cache? By that, I mean…

    – The browser cache, see https://www.solutionbay.com/solutions/dont-know-how-to-clear-the-cache-1
    – Please also check if you have a cache plugin installed. If so, please disable it temporarily, and check if it’s ok now

    Does that fix it?

    Hi. The cache seemed to work. GoDaddy has a ‘clear cache’ button that obviously isn’t as effective as the Safari clear website data.
