Not updating client infos

  • Hi,
    I’m using this plugin at least 2 years and i have just noticed major problem.
    It seems when we use the plugin to take and order, that it is not updating customer profile with infos, as phone number, city, country….

    Is there anything that can be done to fix >?

    It should update. If it’s not updating the customer billing and shipping details, maybe there’s some incompatibility with another plugin.

    Please disable all the plugins, try it WooCommerce and our plugin only, and get back to us on this.
