Not updating another plugin correctly, but after clearing cache it works

We are running WP Super Cache along with Events Manager Plugin.
Both seem to be playing well with each other, “EXCEPT” for allowing one of the Daily Events Listing to update.
Today is the 29th of the month. This morning I received an email from a visitor who stated the Daily Events Listing was showing the date of the 28th. When I looked at it, the date was the 24th.
I went to the WP Super Cache Plugin and deleted the cache, and it all cleared up.
What did I miss in the set-up?
