• We are using the Exponent theme from Theme Forest for our website. Since this theme didn’t include WooCommerce by default, we activated the WooCommerce plugin and developed the shop, cart, checkout, and my account pages using short codes. However, we are now encountering a problem: The rate does not update automatically when a quantity is added on the cart page of our website, although auto-updating the cart amount is enabled using the Store Customizer app. Similarly, when you remove a product from the cart using the close button and there are no other products in the cart, it does not display ‘Your cart is empty – shop now.’ However, upon refreshing the page, it correctly shows ‘Your cart is empty – shop now.’ How can this issue be resolved??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello ?? @merinmaria,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I understand you’re experiencing some issues with the cart updating dynamically on your website.

It is possible this could be due to a theme or plugin conflict, that’s interfering with the normal operation of WooCommerce.

To rule out any possible theme/plugin conflicts, I recommend the following:

    1. Test your site with a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront to see if the issue persists. If it does not, the problem might be with your Exponent theme, and you should reach out to Theme Forest support for further assistance.
    2. If the issue persists with the default theme, try deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if the problem is resolved. If it is, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing the cart each time, to find the conflicting plugin.

Please let us know how you get on with these steps, or if you need any further assistance. We’re here to help!
