Not up to WordPress standards

  • I am a developer and wanted to try using this plugin instead of creating my own. From reading the overview it looks to be a great plugin. Unfortunately they did not program it right and it will not work. Even without the developer plugin activated it generates a load of php errors. They should fix this plugin to be up to WordPress standards.

    why don’t you start by asking for help or clarification before trashing the plugin? If the plugin is so bad, why do so many other people find it to work without problems?

    I don’t need help. Instead of making my own RSS plugin I wanted to use yours. I get errors all over. All I have installed is the developer plugin, theme check plugin and a blank underscores.me theme. Nothing else and the most recent version of WordPress. This means there is something wrong with the plugin. Not my fault. All I said was it is not up to standards. I am sure the developer or developers who created this could fix it. I don’t have the time to.

    are you getting PHP errors or notices? And also note, this is not developed by a team of developers nor a professional developer (obviously).

    Ok…since I’m not getting a response, I am assuming this person has debug on and is getting php notices, not errors. If you are a developer and have debug on, you will get notices because I have spent most of my time getting features out that people can use (and are not developers looking for isset notices).
