    Hey there!

Maybe it’s already a resolved topic, but I really tried and didn’t find the answer.

I’m importing .csv with products and product tree with separator “>”.
But a lot of subcategories are the same, but with different parents.
    For example:
    1. Feed > Dry > Cats
    2. Feed > Dry > Dogs
    3. Toys > Gum > Dogs
    and so on…

And after import I have in product categories hundreds of the same subcats: cats, dogs, dry, leather, gum and so on. And I can’t organize it in a proper way, cause I don’t even know which subcats has which parents.

Maybe is it the way how to manage it at the stage of import or something else?

Any help will be highly appreciated!

    Hi @kidstunna

This sounds like expected behavior. Can you please explain how you’d set the categories up if you were manually creating them so I can understand the desired behavior?

@kidstunna I’m marking this as resolved since we haven’t heard back from you. Post here if you have questions regarding the same issue. Anyone else please open a new thread.
