not understanding carousel

  • i’m using digital farm template. it has a cool carousel feature… however i do not understand the directions:

    “Add comma separated list for the tag categories that you would like to have displayed in the featured section on your homepage.”

    what are tag categories? i tried listing my categories with a comma after each one and nothing shows up… any ideas? has anyone worked with these theme before?

    any info would be greatly appreciated.

  • It means you got to add the tags comma separated within your theme options

    hi-

    i guess i’m a bit ignorant here… i know where to put the information, i just don’t understand how. in some themes i put the id number of the page or category seperated out by a comma…but on this theme that is not the case. since it uses the word “category” i figured i’m supposed to put in the category name seperated by a comma, but that doesn’t work either. it appears to be to display pictures though… and so i’m unclear how to get pictures to show up in the. i have set the carosoul to display 4 pics… i just don’t understand… is there any way you could put a sample line in your reply? i’m sorry, i really don’t mean to be a pain… i sure appreciate the help on this forum…
