Not Truly Automated

  • Sure, they detect that you’re hacked automatically, but YOU have to go in and initiate the clean up and there’s no way to FULLY automate it, even if you’re pro!

    Then, if you’re busy and don’t have time to go in and clean the site with malcare’s NON-AUTOMATED clean up, your hosting service will block the site and Malcare’s clean up WON’T WORK at that point, DESPITE the software having access to the FTP!?

    Then even when you go in and MANUALLY launch the software, it still doesn’t clean the site. I’ve had to launch the MANUAL software 5-6 times for it to finally work…. Ridiculous.

    Even worse, none of the measures taken by Malcare Pro have prevented my site from being hacked despite me hardening my security per their recommendations. As a matter of fact, it feels like the site is getting hacked MORE. Really?
