Not triggering, Storefront theme with Divi Builder plugin

I am not aware of any compatibility issue between Storefront/Divi Builder and Popups for Divi. Do you want to share an URL to a sample page where you try to get the popup to work?

I do not have the Storefront theme installed, and this sounds more like a configuration issue. So I would love to first have a brief look at your website before installing Storefront and Divi Builder on a new local site… I hope you understand ??

When it’s a configuration issue, we’ll get it sorted. Otherwise, when there’s a compatibility issue, I’ll set up a test site locally to fix the problem.

In case you still need help here, please send me a short email with a link to your Storefront webpage that has the Popup. This helps me to reproduce the problem on my local environment – or to give you a hint on how to configure your Popup/Trigger.

Otherwise, I’ll close this thread next week (but you can always create a new thread when the issue re-appears later).
