Good, but not translatable

The problem that lower the note me is no translation are available (I mean this plugin is not translatable at all, otherwise I would have proposed to do it).

* Also, it can be unclear to know if it’s better to configure shipping zone from main woocommerce system or in the rules of this plugin (I assume it’s equivalent).

* Also, maybe a little lack of documentation : I don’t know what happens if multiple rules match. I assume it would be the ?better offer for the customer?, but maybe the rules order is important and it’s the first (or the last)?which match.

I also experimented a bug (or at least a conflict) with another plugin, but I replaced it by another one.

With all this, I would easy give four or five star
