    Unfortunately, you would need to ask your web developer to investigate whether something is stopping the Javascript on the checkout page from submitting correctly to Google Analytics.

    It sounds like something may be preventing the plugin from submitting every time (or maybe submitting multiple times). The only other thing to remember is that refunds won’t find their way into the Google Analytics data.

    I’m not in a position to investigate your individual site in detail (unless anyone else here offers?), so you may prefer to purchase a paid plugin that will come with some personalised support.
