Not too much of UI, but works OK

The UI is very simple, but functional.
It has got a problem with one of my sites – when running on schedule, it stuck on backing up a 100+ MB database, never finishes it. I’d like to get a bit more info on why is that happening, any sort of a log file. When I initiate the job manually, it runs quick and OK.
