Not the same plugin after update!

GADWP is apparently now ExactMetrics, a change they decided to implement via what looked like a regular plugin update. The new version of the plugin has reduced functionality compared to the pre-update version and is littered with exhortations to upgrade to a Pro (paid) version – I thought at first that I was looking at some sort of malware and wondered if the plugin had been compromised. A bit of searching showed that the change was legitimate and not a scam, but I’m not happy about the changeover being made the way it was. I’ll find a better way to access my analytics data going forward.
