    Hi @savvym,

    Thank you for your follow-up!

Can you please send a screenshot or screencast of the issue? This will allow me to investigate and assist you better.

    You may use a tool like?Snipboard?(https://snipboard.io/) or?Loom?(https://www.loom.com/screen-recorder)?to create & share the screenshots/screencasts.

    Thanks!

    Hi @savvym,

    Thank you for your follow-up!

I couldn’t view the attached image earlier, but I can see it now, as seen here- https://a.supportally.com/i/BScrpM.

However, upon searching for “sportingtech,” I found that Google displays the correct image for your site, as seen here – https://a.supportally.com/i/fobRjE.

Please confirm if you used the same keyword for your Google search. If yes, try searching again to see if the results are updated.

If it’s not updated, you may try submitting the homepage to Google Search Console’s?URL Inspection Tool?again so that Google can recrawl the URL and check any recent updates.

Before resubmitting the URL, kindly ensure that you have cleared the caches on your website and server (if applicable).

    Here are the steps:

    1. Go to Google Search Console and enter the URL for one of your pages in the Inspect any URL field at the top. Once Google has retrieved the data for that page, you should see a results screen with green checkmarks that mean everything is fine.

    2. Next, click the TEST LIVE URL button and once Google has tested that URL, they should show the results. Check for any errors.

    3. Finally, click the REQUEST INDEXING button and once Google has processed that, a popup should be displayed that has the results. Again, check for any errors.

Once done, give Google some time to see if the content updates.

However, please note that?Google ultimately decides which content to display.

Also, it is completely normal for Google to take time before crawling and indexing the URL/content on any website. Unfortunately, this process has no set timeframe, and we have no control over Google.

This is not specific to All in One SEO, but just how Google works.

Here’s an article with more details –

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hi @savvym,

We haven’t heard back from you in a couple of days. I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
