Not the Description tab, but the Details tab

How are you getting Details tab? Are you using the plugin or custom code for custom tabs? Can you share your site URL?

The site is only being developed on the local server so far, so I can not specify the page.
Maybe I didn’t write correctly, but I need to have the second tab in place of the first tab, which is usually active initially.
Can I swap the first and second tabs?

So that the details of the product, and not the description, are visible on the first screen.

For “details” – I think you’re referring to the “Additional Information” tab – this will show if a product has Attributes and Attribute Values assigned to it.

If you want that tab to show on initial product page load, this will require some code customization. You can read a bit more about this here – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/#section-6
