Not the best

  • I updated the theme and boom every design I made hours spending on is gone. Header footer features are removed. Worst Theme ever used.

    I am sorry to hear that things aren’t working for you as expected. I just looked into the recent update and haven’t come across any issues concerning the Header Footer Builder.

    Could you please open a support thread so that we can work with you and help?

    IF YOU LOSE DESIGN AFTER UPDATING, YOU DID SOMETHING QUITE WRONG YOURSELF!! YOU DESERVE 1-STAR AS DESIGNER.
    Stop with nonsense 1-star reviews just to divert users towards other themes. As a amature user of themes, reviews are important for considering to use one or buy the pro version of a theme. As a former Divi/Avada/Enfold user, in my experience Astra Pro is by far the fastest theme with (Pro version) abundant usefull configuration options. This is affirmed by the Astra reviews on Youtube. So, don’t act ridiculous by adding false reviews, misleading those who search for products.

    First of all, It’s what I have experienced. And yes after looking at all those reviews on YouTube and various other websites I installed the Astra Theme and Was very happy with the Theme unless that shitty update came and it ruined all the design.
    Also, none of the products are perfect and no product can get 5 start ratings all the time. If you think it is a false review or misleading then keep thinking. The review is meant to improve the product.
    And I have used many themes but I didn’t see any design changes just by performing Theme updates.
    And again if updating the theme just removes the design and customization you did on that theme, then dude you need to improve your update process correctly.
