not syncing with constant contact

  • Wordpress version: 5.2
    Gravity Forms version: 2.4.9
    Gravity Forms Constant Contact Add-On version: 3.1.1

    I have the plugin set up with a valid Constant Contactuser name and password. I have a gravity form hooked up to sync with an existing list in Constant Contact. When I fill out the form, I don’t see any errors. I see the entry in Gravity form, again no errors. But the entry does not make it into the Constant Contact list.

    I have Opt In conditions that the Name field is entered and the Email address field is valid. I also am using a custom field to enter birthday information. Any ideas how to go about determining what’s going on would be appreciated. Also, I’ve got many people who have already filled out the form – is there any way to get them into constant contact other than an export/import. Thanks

    Hey Guys,

    Did anyone happen to get any update on how to resolve this. We have the exact same issue. Our customers are not being added to our newsletter list even though we can see in gravity forms that they have clicked to be subscribed to the list.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
