Not syncing properly

With our plugin, you don’t need to use any other plugins for setting the minimum and maximum quantity. As for the default quantity box here actually acts as the minimum quantity for associated products to be sold https://prntscr.com/pq6wce. So, if you want to sell 1 main product with 4 items of associated products and sync the quantity for both, then you can do as below:
– Delete the minimum and maximum quantity in the other plugin.
– Set the default quantity of the associated product to 4.
– Enable “Sync the quantity of the main product with associated products.” (just as you have currently set in your product data).
– In the Inventory tab of the main product, put a check on “Enable stock management at product level” then in Stock quantity, set to 999 (maximum available quantity). See this screenshot https://prntscr.com/pq6zw2.

Then you’re all set. Follow these steps you will be OK. If you need further help, feel free to ask.

I want my main product to be minimum quantity 4 and also my associated product to be 4.
I don’t want my costumers to be able to change the quantity of the associated product, only main product.
So if the costumer changes the main product quantities to 6, I want to my associated product to change to 6 aswell.

We’ve received reports about the quantity issue and our developers have been working on it already. Thank you for your response. We’ll get back soon with a new update for solving that. I acknowledge you are having two issues concerning the quantity and price of bought together deal, don’t worry, our devs are working to fix this soon.

Our devs confirmed that the syncing of quantity as you described is just how it’s supposed to work in this plugin. When you enable the quantity sync, the quantity of the main product and additional products will be synced simultaneously. But as you set the default quantity for your additional product to 4, then its quantity will always multiply with 4.

In order to solve this, you should set a min/max quantity for each item, however, the min/max function of this plugin is having an unknown issue, but don’t worry, our devs are working on this.
