Not syncing products

Before a month or so products were not syncing with our eshop. We opened a facebook ticket uninstalled plugin installed again and re synced. No we still get the below message:
Something went wrong while uploading the product information, please try again.
Again and again the same issue. Has to do anything with tokenization?
Is it causing the problems? Its not logical to install again each time its not syncing.Please take a look because the alternative is exporting feeds and schedule imports from catalog manager.
