Not Syncing Correctly

I have been having an issue for weeks now. When items are ordered in the physical store on the Zettle till, it removes the product from the WooCommerce website multiple times.
I have been communicating via email with the support team, we thought it may have been a webhook issue or we thought it may have been a filter plugin conflicting with the zettle plugin.
We have tried a new filter plugin but the error still occurs, I have disabled the plugin and now the sync has broken completely and no products are being removed at all.
I haven’t had a reply from the last 2 emails sent to customer support over the past few days.
