    I have been having an issue for weeks now. When items are ordered in the physical store on the Zettle till, it removes the product from the WooCommerce website multiple times.

    I have been communicating via email with the support team, we thought it may have been a webhook issue or we thought it may have been a filter plugin conflicting with the zettle plugin.

    We have tried a new filter plugin but the error still occurs, I have disabled the plugin and now the sync has broken completely and no products are being removed at all.

    I haven’t had a reply from the last 2 emails sent to customer support over the past few days.

    Still not had a reply to this or my email and the issue is still occurring.

    Sorry for the lack of response, I will get back to you and explain the situation.

    However, this situation is something I haven’t encountered before. In the logs you sent via email, I see that the reduction of the orders created in the POS are repeating constantly, so I would think the webhook that confirms the reduction to the POS is not sent or not seen. I would still think this is caused by another plugin or a security measures on your hosting server.

    I will reply again on via email, because this thread will only get my responses and is public (so we have less freedom to share information).
