Not syncing all uploads to S3

    I just set this up in trellis, syncing from vagrant up to s3. It seems to have worked the first time. Then I pulled more assets into the folder (Using a theme’s auto-importer, so it didn’t go through the media library) Those files appear to be effectively invisible though. Does this sync rely on assets referenced by the database?

    Yes, it’ll only upload/work with assets that are part of the media library.

    Are you using the composer package or the plugin installed through the plugin manager?

    Ok, that makes sense. It’s looking like the problem is related to some idiosyncracies of the the7 theme. They have a crazy setup with encrypted settings that wind up dynamically writing files to the uploads directory. I can see what they were thinking, really, but it’s a challenging use case to deal with.

    To answer your question, yes I’m using it through: wpackagist-plugin/ilab-media-tools
