    I am testing BC plugin with WordPress. Sync Products resulted in half of my 431 products. And, when publishing pages, only 13 of my 49 categories are available. And, not all synced products are available to be added to pages. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hey @wpmktgsuperhero, we’ve updated and improved some of the logic surrounding the import functionality. Can you try updating to the latest version of the plugin and let us know if the issue is resolved?

    We had the same issue as Rob (wpmktgsuperhero) – can you confirm which version of the plugin is the most up-to-date?

    We are using version 1.6, and we are still unable to sync all of our products (65 out of 97).

    Version 1.6 was the solution. Thanks Mikaela. I installed this site maybe 7 days ago and assumed the WP for BigCommerce I downloaded at that time was most current. All is functioning well now.
