• It’s a mess, doesn’t update new product and can’t figure out what’s wrong. On top of that the product sets exported don’t contain the same item as I have on the site. Not to mention instagram. It’s a different story there.
    Facebook support is useless and not replying.
    Totally useless.

    I’m sorry to hear you have troubles with product syncing and exporting product sets, as well as Instagram.

    Please also include your System Status Report, it would help us to understand your site setup a bit better. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, paste it in your reply.
