    I did the wizard through the Fcebook for woocommerce plugin and created the facebook shop. I have set up to synchronize all the products,
    but if I go to the product list I see many with the word DO NOT SYNC. if I enter one of these products, however, the synchronization option is set correctly on SYNC AND SHOW IN CATALOG. Of the 142 products present in my woocommerce I only see 23 on the Facebook shop. I don’t understand what’s wrong …

    Hi there,

    You can check out the Catalogue Manager and look for any errors.

    You may wish to contact Facebook Support and make sure you’ve set the shop visibility correctly.

    ok, i will check the Catalogue manager.
    But why I see this:

    i have same problem in 3 sites!
    From 10 days all product are not sync.
    In all product i have “Sync and show in catalog” but on woocommerce product list it show “Do not sync”….

    There isn’t a real reason for this… and in 3 of my sites!!

    Have an idea?

    in this screenshot you can see the writing Do not sync in correspondence with the product “DENTE DRITTO ANDANATORE KRONE SWADRO”

    netwaysrl your problem is CAPS! Don’t write title with ALL WORD in caps. Just one terms not CAPS product will sync!!

    kingdave: All of the products in my shop have names in all capital letters, but some are synchronized correctly

    kingdave: in fact the only synchronized products were written completely in capital letters except the unit of measure … I rewrote the names of the products by removing the CAPS and now the writing in the product list is correct: “Sync and show”. They are not seen in the Facebook shop yet … is there anything else to do?
