I’m sorry that the sync isn’t working as it should, it definitely doesn’t sound like the normal way of working. Have you raised a support request in our forums about this? If not, I’d be happy to take a closer look to see why the products aren’t syncing for you.
If you’d prefer not to troubleshoot further, I totally understand. Thanks again for giving us a try and I hope you’ll give us another shot in the future too!
