    Hello

    Im trying to implement zettle into WooCommerce. I have connected the both through API. But the products stay with the status syncable / not synced.
    I don’t understand why the synchronization is not OK.

    Hello @idely,

    Can you please check if your tax settings in WooCommerce and in Zettle match?
    If your taxes are set differently between WooCommerce and Zettle, then the sync will not work.
    If you feel like your tax is set correctly, can you please open a support ticket as described here?:
    https://zettle.inpsyde.com/docs/how-to-request-support-via-widget-on-the-website/

    Please also include a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your Zettle log file.

    You can find these under:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > “zettle-pos-integration-[…]” in the dropdown on the right side

    For zettle TVA is on 0%
    for WooCommerce Tax is on “Taux zero”

    I will try to find the report and log file and open the ticket.
