not sure what is importing

I don’t get anything to import.
I’ve clicked the import button and … nothing.
I’ve set it all up.
AND, i know this is not on this forum, but I paid for the PRO version and have nothing, no email, no download link. just a paypal receipt.
Spending too much time on this and not getting anywhere.
