Not sure this is workingor if I need it

I’ve installed this. If I look at the user list, I can see that I have two pending users that have not activated their account. However there are none listed in unconfirmed.
However, since I have the ability to view the unactivated accounts in the pending list I am wondering what Unconfirmed would give me above this info?
